Each shirt is made for you, so we cannot take back a shirt just because you changed your mind. We will always make it right if we got it wrong.

We will replace or refund it if

• The print is damaged, faded, misplaced, or the wrong design.
• The shirt has a defect, a hole, or a stain.
• You got the wrong size, color, or item from what you ordered.
• It was lost or badly damaged in shipping.

How to ask

Write to hopelikeavirus@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Send your name, the order, and a photo of the problem. We will reply with a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Sizing

We cannot exchange for fit. Our shirts are the Gildan 5000 unisex classic tee, which fits like a standard cotton tee. If you are between sizes, most people go up.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually posts them in 5 to 10 days.
